Empowering Programme is a series of small and intimate online women’s monthly online circle for healing through creativity.

I help to navigate and guide women towards loving themselves authentically, reclaiming their spirit, reignite they passion for life, honouring their Sacred Feminine and embracing their vulnerabilities with joy, love and grace.

A Step Towards Feeling Free

I use creative projects to introduce you into a healing process. Through these healing processes, we release ourselves from our past wounds.

Healing can be attained through the process of creating with the use of specific healing methods for clearing and releasing. While you create your project in the circle, I hold the space and apply these methods to guide your releases.

Our focus is not the end results of a perfect project nor the technique or details, although you are encouraged to create your best expression, but the shift during the process of creating.

Creativity helps us to respond to the unpredictables in life with a sense of empowerment.

Through the journey of creativity in thinking, working with hands and tools to draw, paint or make, we connect to our masculinity and femininity, convering the expression of practical productivity into sensitivity and in touch with our feeling and emotions.

In the moments of seeking inspiration, we train to minds and eyes to search for different perspectives, widen and sharpen our visual understanding. Often through different set of lens of “seeing”, we are able to spot the unusual and the silver lining and wisdom.

Through healing, personal growth and expansion occur, you may find yourself open up to different options and new ideas of what or how you would like to incorporate into the continuing project, different to what you previously would consider.

When creativity (feminine) merge with practicality (masculine), we balanced both aspects and are more at ease in life and with ourselves.

Empowering: Healing through Creativity is a five monthly circle. When you look at the end of the five circles and reflect where you were at the beginning, during and how you have arrived is an indication of we can also bringing creativity into aspects of our daily lives.

The first circle starts Thursday, 13th February at 2-4pm London time

    Leelinn holds 3 degrees in Fine Art and has been working as healer and holistic practitioner for a number of years. She has taken time to integrate her 2 passions in life together, art and healing, to present to you Empowering: Healing through Creativity.
